1: first download your vpn from heredownload link click here

2: register online and get your password and user name .you will need it for connect

3:enter proxy as ::80.239.242.253

4 : port as :80

5 : and in the section you will need to enter front query for connecting 

add it as :203.200.118.92/11011001.php?u=http://

where after http:// you can add any site that you want to open as your home page

now connect it with your password and user name and thats it now you can surf and donload free.......
