Intex iTab tablet is now available at a reduced price of Rs 8,900 in India.
The company had launched its first tablet at a price of Rs 11,900 earlier in March this year.
Powered by a 1 GHz cortex A8 core processor, the device runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. It sports an 8″ capacitive two point touchscreen display, and comes with front video calling camera, 3.5mm audio jack and 8GB internal memory (expandable upto 32GB).
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, 3G via Intex dongle, USB port and GPS. Pre-loaded applications include Adobe Reader, Android Market, Angry Birds, Solitaire and Talking Tom.
Its 5000 mAh battery offers backup time of 5-6 hours.
The iTab comes with Intex 3G data card, a LAN Adaptor, a leather cover and a pair of Reebok sunglasses at no extra cost as an introductory offer.
