This is the only working proxy for docomo now a days 

you can use it both in mobile and pc

here is the trick

 for pc

first of all do the settings as the follow in your firefox

proxy as:  10.124.94.8

port as  : 8080 or 80

access point :TATA.DOCOMO.DIVE.IN

homepage:  http://trickload.blogspot.com

   

   for mobile

do all the settings as ablove in any of the handler application
